IMEXSA Exhibition Services takes good care of your poster exhibition by offering a range of support services. This frees your time and your staff will appreciate your careful planning and attention to their needs. We can offer a nationwide poster board rental service that can include installation and dismantling if required. With over 20 years experience in the business and over 4000 boards of different sizes in stock, we can full fill most requirements. No job is too small for us. About 40% of all our jobs are fewer than 30 poster boards, so if you only need a few boards still give us a call! Our double sided poster boards can be used for: Conferences, Poster Sessions, Medical Conventions, Scientific Presentations, Art Exhibitions. If you are unsure how many boards can be fitted into your allocated space, we can offer a FLOOR PLAN PREPARATION SERVICE. We will visit your venue, take all the appropriate measurements and prepare a scale plan for you to use or which can then be distributed to others as you choose. We can deliver and install poster boards anywhere in Portugal & Spain. We regularly deliver to Hotels, Conference Venues, Universities and Colleges. Our team will either deliver to your chosen drop off point or install the equipment for you. We have our own stock of poster boards delivered in our own vehicles by our full time staff.
